E-Wood - High-stability Epoxy Wood

Remove all decayed or damaged wood until clean, sound wood is exposed.

Before handling the product, wear nitrile gloves to protect your skin during mixing and application.

Apply M-Balm to the prepared wood to consolidate the remaining fibres and provide optimum adhesion for the repair.

Thoroughly mix both components of E-Wood until a uniform consistency is achieved.

Firmly press the material into the repair area, eliminating any trapped air.

Shape the repair before the material cures to match the original wood profile.

Once fully cured, the repair can be sanded, drilled, carved, planed or screwed.

Protect the repaired area with an exterior finish such as Lifeline Ultra-7.
